For all of our friends who would like to travel with us on our next adventure we thought that we would give you a heads that we are thinking about taking a knitting cruise! We plan to do nothing more strenuous than clicking our needles!
Guess I better learn to knit if I plan on joining you on this cruise, eh?!! You've been gone one week-wow! Love the pictures and stories-can't think of better American Ambassadors than you two-enjoy and stay safe.
My first "blog" do you feel special?? Great visuals & story line. This journey must be really frustrating for Mary Ellen in that she could not read the "last Chapter" before embarking!
Sign me up for that cruise..teaching me to knit will be your only headache... which i will gladly eleviate with wine. Glad you had a great day today & did what was best for both of you the last couple days. For some of those "road angels" you are meeting, there's a free bed and breakfast in Canton, should they wish to come visit the rural village where you conceived of this crazy adventure, and walk the relatively flat land where you trained for it!!! Seriously, Leo and I will happily provide lodging for nice Brits! Would that be fun? BTW, Love that Rilke poem!
Go Sue and Mary Ellen...you are both the best....remember WILD..... and keep plugging..you will be so proud to have even gone there ...anything you accomplish will be the best experience.... and of course the best stories...I can't wait to hear them all...love to you both..Mary Jo
